For lunch we went to Chick-fil-a. I got off cheap the first time because I had coupons...free kids meals from VBS. But the boys were still hungry, so they each got more nuggets...then they were STILL hungry so they wanted ice cream. Instead of trading their book in on a kids cone, they each spent their $1 I had just given them....Tyler went first & got his cone. Then a few minutes later Tommy decided he wanted his cone...he came back with only a cone and no ice cream!!! Apparently after he ordered, he decided that the cone was the best part and only wanted the cone and NO ICE CREAM. So he happily ate his ice cream CONE.
Tonight after supper, as a reward for the boys who had been drug all over town by me today, we went to SCOOPS in Watkinsville. They have lots of ice cream flavors and the boys chose, of course, SUPERMAN--which happens to be blue, red & yellow and leaves their mouth a funky shade of purple...
Just wanted to share our sort of 2 ice creams in one day story.... Here are the pictures....Any comments?
